This is how Koreans greet each other, 안녕하세요.
Usually, Koreans would bow their head slightly as a respect for others.
You can also say "고맙습니다" [go-mab-sseum-ni-da], this is slightly harder to pronounce, but with a bit of practice that you will master it.
Or informally "잘 가세요!" [jal-ga-se-yo]
Between friends, casually "안녕~" [an-nyeong] or "잘가" [jal-ga] is acceptable.
Or 죄송합니다 [joe-song-ham-ni-da], this is slightly harder to pronounce, but with a bit of practice that you will master it.
Greetings, usually say after "안녕하세요", and as you make a handshake.
